Return & Exchange Policy- Wanna Cookie? Dog Boutique

At Wanna Cookie? Dog Boutique, your satisfaction matters to us-and we want your pup to love their new look! Because each bandana is handmade with care, please review our return policy below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES- We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be retuned within 14 days of delivery.
• Bandanas must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Worn or Washed bandanas
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale or clearance items

HOW TO START A RETURN-

1. Email us at wannacookiedogboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 2-3 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

REFUNDS-

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
